Perenn Bakery

Perenn is a great stop, even though it seems like it's in a parking lot behind a giant bank or real estate office. I find the food photos a business puts online obviously staged or color corrected in the most glorifying way an immediate turn off, and Preen was headed in that direction. But, I was happy to be proved wrong. Their food genuinely looks as good as advertised, so congrats to the team who is slinging hash on the regular.

And make sure you head to the Rancharrah location. It's a much easier in-and-out, and The Village isn't too bad a spot to spend an hour or two. It's a bit bougie, but Reno can use a bit of that to elevate the average.
